This year in the Rural Northeast we expect to provide:

  • 60 screening navigation services
  • 65 screening and diagnostic services, including clinical breast exams and mammograms
  • 20 people fighting breast cancer with treatment services

 Community Health Network Program

The following organization provides cultural responsive breast health education to diverse populations that focus on addressing barriers to screening. The end-goal of this project is to connect medically underserved individuals with breast screenings and timely follow-up diagnostic care.
